Can acute or recent prostatitis influence the ExoDx score? Thankyou.

I had MP t3 MRI on prostate with a PSA density of 0.10 MRI showed nothing that would identify cancer-related.... Prostatitis and BPH... pirads score of 2 meaning there was a very extreme low chance that I had aggressive form of any cancer.. I took this test and it was 32 and from this test respective I had a high chance of having a high-grade cancer but when I took this test you have to keep in mind I have BPH and prostatitis and my doctor still wants to do a biopsy solely because of this stupid ass test... What do you believe more a high-powered MRI that shows images or some test that you shipp off and they Joe even specify if prostatitis and BPH will adulterate this test which it will because I called out there several times but unfortunately I spoke to a bunch of inept individuals who sounds like they got their GED at best

Thank you for sharing. What did you end up doing as a followup? How are you doing?
