I like the ability to track temperature in the Boiler... Great Video my friend! BTW: George at Barley and Hops gave your Stillman X a Great review! He really liked it and as I read the comments you have many many people who are huge fans of your amazing Distillery equipment :) Best, Austin
Great video. I have the 2inch VM column I bought from you last year. It is fantastic quality, and with the SPP it consistently runs at 95.7% at 1.8L per/h. I monitor the column temp, it stabilises at 78.5deg and as soon as it goes over 79deg I cut the hearts as the tails are starting. It is incredibly accurate and easy to use. The modular capability for using as a pot still also is brilliant, I highly recommend your products and service. Cheers from New Zealand!🍻
Thank you so much for leaving great comment and feedback! I really appreciate that. It is very important to hear customers experience. I hope to have a chance to visit New Zealand again. Great and beautiful country with great people. Thanks again! Cheers!
Another great video explaining your equipment function. I think you have a very distinct product that works very efficiently. If I had the means to buy a unit from you I would. You have a great looking products that work very well.

@@hornetlm42 a few additions in the paid version and no ads, but the most needed are in both. Like "mixing spirits", "dilution" and "alcoholicity" by temperature
Tnks for video ı also use bokokop LM system ı think thats the most reliable and optimum system for house distillation. I can have 96,5abv at around 1600w 2400ml/h. As you know there is 3variables in that mentioned system to keep 96,5 at > 2000ml/h 1)power 2)column temperature 3)needle valve adjustement Up to you Which of this 3 variables is the most effective one and what is the corrolation between them.Appreciated to have your opinion about this .
Hello! Yes we are working on this. We will send some of ours heating regulator to George for testing out, he said there is no problem and regulators will work fine, but I want to be sure before shipping them to US. According to George the only thing which we have to change is plug and element - obviously, but again I just want be sure that Russian electronics (some pieces are Russian) will work fine even in 60 Hertz.
Could we distill different types of mash with aparatus? Or this is only for sugar wash. It would be great to make video about distilling mash with this still. Is it possible to still mash in one run and achieve high ABV?
Of course we can. No problem to distill anything you like. If there needs to save flavor and taste a distiller can delete one extension and reduce or change packing and collect distillate. Well, it is possible to distill once but result is going to different. When you boiling a mash, there is some micro pieces of yeast and products of fermentation. So there product are going to boil long time and result is going to be not the best ( in case if you need make spirit). If you are ok with additional chemicals in the final product than it’s ok. Nothing to bad, but chromatograph apparatus will see that result of spirit of worse compare to product collected during second distillation.
Neoprene is damn expensive in Russia, so if we start making them for boilers, it's going to be probably unaffordable. We are looking for good materials and we don't want so sell crap...

Thanks Austin! Always happy to read your comments! I thought it could happen that someone who bought equipment from us would write about it. Exciting!
, very clear... video and alcohol product too,
I totally agree with you, tracking the temperature in the boiler is a good thing to have for additional data points.
Absolutely
Great product, great advice. Thank you!
Thanks!

@@DoctorGradusInternational no problem to give a complement to someone who works hard and deserves it my friend.
The column and packing do the job very well, 2 ltr/hr on 96,5 % abv is a very good output rate .
Yeah, 2 Litres is pretty fast, it saves a lot of time.
Great video as normal
Do you have any links to the converters you use

Gabriel and reverse gabrial method might also be used to collect grain and fruit flavor. As far as I know flavor is possible at high abv.
