nice video mate! i tend to take decent sized wrasse sometimes, only 2.5/3lb + and found the best way is to make a soup/stock from them, wasnt a big fan of just pan friend or fish cake wrasse but all the vegitables from the soup give them a nice flavour, just my personal opinion tho hahah :)

why do south africans call it crayfish, when the seawater species is called a lobster?
The proper name for South African "crayfish" is east/west coast rock lobster.
