Never heard of QDOBA. This looks delicious. I love Mexican food. We have a Mexican food truck that comes to town once every few weeks. They have amazing food!
They have a new cheese crusted quesadilla and brisket is a meat option. It’s awesome , at least at the location I visited. I’d love to see how you like it. Also, if you want your chips warm you can ask them to warm them at least the location I went to did.

True Birria is made with shredded goat meat, never tried but I hear its very similar to brisket
