We are leaving for the cruise the end of this week and recently came across your videos, all very helpful. Thank you. We were curious how much cash did you bring versus paying with credit cards along the way.
Hi Brandon! Thank you! We used our credit card at all the big restaurants in each port. Maybe spent max $300 in cash between the 3 ports. We didn’t do a ton of shopping though, so how much you bring depends on if you plan on using taxis, doing shopping, etc.

What was the month and days you were in Mazatlan? I'm curious to get an idea of how the weather will be. I'll be going in April to see the eclipse and enjoy the city. I'm packing lightly and expecting decently warm weather.

Yes, we packed our drone in our carry-on and had no issues with security. At the time, we didn’t know, but apparently non Mexican citizens aren’t allowed to fly drones. Oops, but we flew it in each port with no problem. On the cruise we just got off of yesterday, the cruise drone rules changed and we had to give security our drone at the beginning of the cruise and get it from them at each port, then give it back upon boarding.

Hi Amy! Thank you so much!!! It was $150 per car and fits 4 people. We were at Las Flores for about 1.5 hours and we could’ve also used the beach there. (That was not an extra cost.) Freddy stayed in the parking lot waiting for us. The extra costs were our lunch and the drinks at the resort. Have fun!!!
