Without a doubt the best and cleanest city in Ghana I heard noise from some Ghanaians in Accra about the security, but Sunyani no problem not surprised it won cleanest city again. Why the people of Accra can't be more like the people of Sunyani? and look after where they live allot of the cleaning is done by the local people the municipality cleans, but they get allot of free help. Been to Sunyani many times i wanted to stay, but couldn't find volunteer tear so had to stay in Accra.
this is a really nice video and did a good job of setting the city of sunyani in the overall landscape of the area. i wish you had included footage of a flyover of the UENR campus (i would think that the drone would have flown over the UENR campus on the way to fiapre). the framing of the video at the end (beginning at around 16:40) was beautiful: it captured the rolling terrain in sunyani and the sunyani technical university buildings, with the contrast of the mountains in the distance, in the early evening light (the slight overcast in the skies somewhat washed out the mountains). the children at the very end of the video (at around 19:05) broke the cuteness meter. as a point of correction: what you labeled as the "bank of ghana" (at 2:22) is actually the "ghana commercial bank" (gcb). the actual "bank of ghana" is what you labeled as "bog" (at 2:44 ).
Wow 🤩 nice commentary on the video. It shows how detailed you watched the videos. I hope to bring more details as requested. I can can take individual area and commercial locations like UENR and the rest. Thanks again
Thanks for the aerial video. It gave me the best idea of Sunyani until now. Videos taken from the street level do not do a damn thing. This was 100 times more informative. Do more please. Do one for Koforidua also.
both aerial and street level videos provide useful information, so i can't say that i agree with your blanket assessment of the utility of street level videos. you can learn a lot from well done street level videos (admittedly, most don't really fall under this description, but there are some really good street level videos on the "susan media" channel). while watching this video, i was able to identify most of the streets.
The clean was in the olden days, Sunyani is no more the clean city in Ghana, light poles are dirty , road sides are dirty main centre from old station to Rex is not clean,
Beautiful city
Love the view from the air. Sunyani is a nice city. Been there many times.
Going back middle of next month. Looking forward to that. 😎
