Amy had me sold once she said, "unlimited champagne"! It looks like at this buffet, I would have concentrated on the Prime Rib, cooked to order NY Strip, crab legs, shrimp, and lox to maximize value. It is hard to get a good oyster at a buffet because it is usually shuck hours ahead and an open oyster should be eaten immediately. Warm salmon is usually dry unless it is sitting in a fish broth like in some Chinese buffets.
The offerings looked a little sad tbh. Sorry the oysters were so terrible. I hope you didn't get sick. The best looking stuff were the prime rib and steak. I was surprised that i didn't see sushi.
