      I use it so much more frequently when it is just outside my kitchen! Also getting multiple plantings of lettuce in because it is so easy and accessible. I never did that when my herbs and lettuce were down in the big garden.

    How long do you dehydrate your zucchini? I've never thought about dehydration for all the zucchini. Your farm is lovely.

      Thank you!! I can't remember exactly how long I dehydrate my zucchini for, I just put it in for several hours then check to see if it needs more. Definitely depends on if it is shredded or diced. The diced is so nice to have and throw into soups all winter!
