If you want to use Ortho Mode you may have to use it in combination with some other key in your laptop , which may be laptop specific . Alternatively you can use CONTROL+L key to control ortho mode

Awesome, I had used autocad 2016 using hp windows 10 pro with celeron n2830 processor and 4 gb ram similar to i3 but i had to change its compatibility and graphics. I think this version needs i7 to run smoothly

Revit is a custom solution for Architects , Civil Engineers and Interior designers . You can also customize AutoCAD to any level . If you know programming , you can provide Revit like functions to AutoCAD . I have realized the potential of this and I have made some custom applications in AutoCAD . More over AutoCAD is an industry standard software for Drafting and it can be installed in computers with relatively low configuration , where as Revit needs a high end machine to get optimum performance . If you have a Machine with good configuration and if you need a custom solution for Civil/Architectural requirements , Revit is the best tool . I hope you got the point ...

It must be in millimeters . You can either the change the units using UNITS command , or you may have to use a suitable multiplication factor
