Thank you for the insight behind the scenes. It made it more relatable to know you guys also make some of these mistakes that can cause pain and or discomfort. It is easier to improve and strengthen the weakest link ones one is aware of the issue. Thank you very much!
Zercher squats, gorilla rows, weighted pull ups, heavy heavy kettlebell swings, hyperextensions and atg bodyweight squat iso holds all improved my low back endurance. Rarely have had pain because i move in all planes of motion daily
I always like seeing lower back video from you guys. It's very helpful for me to find some relief from my hypermobile L4 and L5. If only something could be done to keep those in place.
Ive been doing the calimove home workouts for roughly a year or so. I decided to gove it a try because at the time i was suffering from the after effects of a a reactive arthritis which effected lots of joints over my body, including lower back, also neck, wrists, feet. I definitely think calisthenics had help me make a full recovery, and i am now pain free. I also feel a lot stronger and mobile, and ive started running again which i thought i might never do again when i felt my worst. Calimove is a great program, and it suits my work life balance.
Can u please make a video about kneepain, thanks to u guys i could finakky get rid of lower back pain, but i still suffer from very uncomfortable knee pain, great video
What about with the sitting/exercise balls? I know it can only be used for a short time like an hour or two but found it pretty good. :) Also thanks for the routines, keep safe!
I agree about changing sitting positions... But the positioning looks problematic to me. A big contributor is the chairs used. Sit on a hard chair and then pull your legs under your chair so your feet are kind of under your butt. Computer chairs make this difficult to do but still possible. Slouching is ok sometimes... But when your legs are in front of the chair it becomes the default position and that's not good!
I can't believe how young dudes with small frame are allowed to "lift" such heavy weights with absolute dangerous form... Young dudes... especially teenagers... please don't start lifting until you have been doing basic calisthenics exercises like pull ups rows dips and push ups for at least 6 months.... after that period you can do weights while keeping your basic calisthenics in your routine.... please learn how to lift in a healthy way before any attempt... you will be strong big and most importantly healthy...
I’m actually wondering why you have a gaming chair and not an ergonomic one. Ergonomic chairs are superior when it comes to supporting your correct sitting position
Can i make calisthenics Workout videos for the calisthenics Movement? I believe it will be awesome to connect. I love calisthenics its great. I hope you have a great day! Mirko
Yes, the Mobility Program is designed for that, but please make sure to make some other adjustments too: 1. Reduce the load (less weight, easier progressions) until the pain is less severe. 2. Don't work into deep pain, and only move up to a point where you feel no or just a tiny bit of pain. 3. Don't do exercises that make it worse (and find alternatives if possible).
Hello, i have a question about your Mobility 2.0. You said the Mobility can be use with another program. Strength training in this case. What will i be able to achieve with that version. Can i get to achieve a skill like Pancake, forward fold, touch the toes, back bridge, and other shoulder mobility? Please respond as i feel you guys dont anymore.
Well progress is always indivudal, but the program includes (and teaches) all the exercises/abilities you mentioned in your comment. You start with the easier progressions and work yourself up until you are able to do the Full Version. If you have any other queations about Mobility 2.0 feel free to ask.
But wondering when is your next deal going? Notice you guys were doing the Black Week deal. Anything for Summer or Spring? I would love to have a summer bod with your guys deal. Hehehehe.

Normally I never really had those issues and also don't have them anymore because the mobility program is live since more than a year. So it really was this time when I worked on the program.

Excellent value great channel thank you!
I appreciate the honesty.
This is exactly what happened to me. It also exacerbated my scoliosis.I purchased a standing desk and now walk during lunch.
Appreciate the honesty! 🙏🏾
My standing desk and saddle seat have been a game changer. Also do back extensions to strengthen your lower back! It's an often overlooked exercise.
Included them already back into my workouts👌
That setup 🤤
Much Needed Video❤🎉
So many good little and important points compressed into a very nice video.
One of the most important videos i saw on your channel. Keep up the good content!

I always like seeing lower back video from you guys. It's very helpful for me to find some relief from my hypermobile L4 and L5. If only something could be done to keep those in place.
I sometimes do workout but only for a little bit, but I mostly sit on the couch and watching TV more than working out.
Great illustrations of bad & good practices. Simple & highly effective. Thanks.
Useful video as always!! but seems like you are working inside a Star Trek's spaceship! 😅

I'm assuming that pretty much everything said in this video also applies to upper back problems, yes?
Yes.
awesome
Someone else wants he to make a video about how to mix calisthenics with cardio? and talk a little about cardio
My favorite working position: 3:51 (at least that's how I feel sometimes)
best ways to prevent back pain are:
moving arount from time to time & sitting in different positions
Moral of the video - even mobility trainers suffered from these types of problems 😅
Does working from a pilates ball help?
1:02 thats not ironic but the fact that

Hey! Could your mobility program help my mild pain in my wrist and elbows? I've been weightlifting for almost 20 years and in mid 30's now.
Yes, the Mobility Program is designed for that, but please make sure to make some other adjustments too:

@@calimove That's awesome! Would you recommend the 1.0 or the 2.0?
@@ColFighter018Definetely 2.0

No worries😊
4/6.
Just buy standing desk.
You show some really painful example videos.
Very unpleasant to watch, but very important warnings, I think.
Mesh office chair >>>>> gaming chairs
Bro you got back pain cause of that crappy overpriced gamer chair. Get yourself a good ergonomic office chair!
the amount and size of screens is too much for me, it's borderline disturbing, actually
I thought u were more stronger with no sorts of these body pains, but it looks like aging has an impact on ur tech lifestyle work.
Normally I never really had those issues and also don't have them anymore because the mobility program is live since more than a year. So it really was this time when I worked on the program.
Decade of exercising, still got back pain 😂
