Eligibility is not enough . Only Higher expression of interest received this visa from demanded list. Many people eligible in Australia bit still not getting this visa. Its not that easy as your explaining .

Being married or engaged are allowed or not? This is what i can see on the conditions of this visa.
There is lot of misinformation, it has become very competitive and it is very difficult to get invite from Australia.
For example 189 invite is not issued to any IT occupation from last 8 months.
There are state specific visas where they have their own preferenes.
SA or WA prefer constructions workers, they dont invite IT occupations or accountants that much.
NSW invites only people with very high exp bracket 8+.
Victoria preferes people with skilled partners.
It was an informatory post and helpful, but there were few things that were misquoted. First: Vetassess fee is higher than what you told. Second, various skill assessing authorities require different proficiencies. AITSL require only IELTS Academic and not PTE oe IElts General.
This is a general video, if I get into the complexities of each thing. The video will be at least 4-5 hours. Some work should be done by viewers as well. 😊

I don't think so.
65 is mere eligibility criteria, it doesn't mean you will get invitation especially when you are applying from outside Australia .
Second, every occupation has a cut off score and only people in medical field( RN, surgeons radiologists, chiropractor, General Practitioners etc ) stands a chance to get invite at 65 .
For other occupations like IT, Accounts professionals the cut off is always 90+
Third, all the eligible occupations are not always open for invitation.
Fourth, your ACS expires in 2 years and if you don't get the invitation ,you will have to start from scratch.
Absolutely right! Getting PR is hard unless you are a nurse or a doctor! Dont waste time

Yes, PTE is applicable for this visa but I think PTE academics. You can check once from your end.

hello sir , My name is Narinder choudhary I have completed my iti in carpenter stream in 2010 and after that i completed my graduation 2013.
I have 5+ work experience in Carpenter stream.
I have GT ielts score 6 overall and 5.5 in speaking. yesterday agent called me and told me that We Submit your File in BC PNP and also told me We will charge you All fee after PR including our Consultensy fee and Job offer fee all after visa .
But after some time they called me and Told me that you have to pay your PNP fee $1300 fee and told me your all government fee paid by you.
what should i do sir please help me.

Consultant is making a fool of you. PNP fee is only paid when you receive ITA from the province.

Last invitations went to people with 65 scores as well. Do check data once.
There are two invitations- onshore and offshore.
There has never been any draw at eligibility score for offshore people. Also, it depends upon occupation demand

189 mein 3 stream process hai. Newzealand ki ek stream hai, bus. Aur wo bhi ab band hai. The stream that we have to apply is open, no worries.

Go through the express entry process. Make sure your NOC code is in the Health care category. Remember, you have to clear the licensing exam in Canada to officially start practicing as dentist.
