He has a bedford restoration series and there's tons of great tips on how the pros do stuff...his work is excellent.
Are you worried about being able to get the sections of the roof to fit back up when you get ready to weld them back together? I would be very nervous to cut it without some sort of brace to help retain its shape. I'm looking forward to seeing it all go back together!
If I don’t get myself moving soon, I may have to look into that. It’s always been about the learning journey for me, can I make it myself. But lately there have just been too many things fighting for my focus.
Hi Allan, it was a combination of methods. The thin chisel worked well for the rust out sections, and drilling the spot welds worked for the healthier sections. 👍

that roof did not look too bad, until, you cut and flipped it over....dang
