u welcome! Honestly u don't need a house, if u want u can get a hotel suite. it will serve the same as a house, but cheaper. if you rly want a house, try getting out from areas with high player activity. (e.g. in Los Santos, try Bone County or Blueberry.) Also, using the computer u can visit Dynasty 8 to find houses easily.
Hmm. I would do the following: Taxi work, giving money to beggers, participate in server events, police work, paramedic work, heists. I don't remember what I used to level up, but this should help.
buy premium and activate double xp boost, do burglar job in SF (cause no cops there) it gives 1100 xp per delivery (takes arround 3 mins), one of the best and fastest ways for xp, it also pays well especially during night time
Well for one i cant find a san andreas that works the ones on steam arent the old one they are the definitive editions so they dont work. I just cant find a san andreas that works

u r welcome! sorry for the late reply. no I don't recall using it while playing online. some server have a built-in fix. something like /widescreen . read their commands list. also did you check the in game setting? its in the video settings -> widescreen fix.
Nice server, but my problem with it is that when you buy a house, they set an expiring date such as, This house expires in 4 days or 7 days. This sucks because one must be able to purchase knowing it wont be taken away.
you can buy renewal from /shop which can be 30 90 ro 180 days for tokens (u can purchase them via /market for in game money and if you buy this renewal it gets ur house to those numbers

How can i get fast xp as a new player? Im currently level 2 and want to get to level 5 so i can start buying weapons.

yeah, that's sucks. but you can extend your ownership through the computer -> Dystny8 -> my properties

Sadly, yes.
But you can /sell to nearby players.
How do i get money from atm?
Pick pocket pedestrians on the street until you get a credit card, then immediately go to a atm and select use stolen credit card.
