How to Measure and Mockup Sportster Handlebars! (With Examples)

Welcome back! On this episode, I show you how to measure and mockup for proper handlebar fit on your motorcycle (with examples of some popular Harley Davidson handlebars.) With all of my research, I didn't find much out there on the interwebs where people discuss how their handlebars fit them and not just how they look on their motorcycle. If you buy bars for the look alone, especially with ape hangers, you're bound to find yourself reaching too high and you will be uncomfortable.

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant, your idea here takes the guess work out of sorting new bars. I wish I knew this trick 20 years ago it would have saved me a lot of money,and a shelf full of handelbars that have now gone rusty over the years. Thanks for posting.
