I found one that’s an old work truck, but it’s in pretty good shape. Its a V6, Auto, but it runs like a clock, and it’s got relatively low miles(just over 119k). The only thing is that it’s a long bed. Should I get it?

it's a 4l60e transmission with overdrive I'm not 100% sure the year.
That's a pretty cool truck, but it would be even cooler if the factory radio head was left in and wired in a way to light up along side the new radio.
I want to buy one that's also from 1989, but then again, they're probably not safe if you get in a crash 😬
Nothing old is resistant to crashes but it’ll be so much more reliable
It's a 4000 pound box of metal you'll be fine in it I'm 15 and bought one and i love it
OBS Chevys did very well in crash tests for their time, especially the airbag equipped 1995 and up models. They’re not as safe as today’s cars but they’re not death traps.

Most likely some steering issues, same thing happened with my truck but you get used to it or pay thousands to fix it apparently lol
@@KiranKs.I’ve owned a few obs trucks and have a 98 at the moment and I’ve never heard of a issue like that, kind of a weird thing tbh 😂, I did have a 92 that wouldn’t turn over sometimes unless I moved the wheel up and down
@@Mtoutdoorsman yeah I have a 89’ Silverado but it’s been in a wreck before which is most likely why, probably steering or wheel issues
