I hope the case notes will be visible on the left side and can we keep looking at case notes as we write the letter?
order of importance
If we go medically it must be in order like blood/urine e test, chest xray and ultrasound then CT if all of them are relevant. Else its logical to mention CT first only if you are planning to skip the rest rather than writing them in descending order.
because, relapse means heart function can deteriorate quickly
