中島みゆきの曲は、日本人の心に触れ、突き刺さります。海外のかたに日本語のニュアンスが伝わってるかどうかわかりませんが、歌詞は日本語の美しさ、切なさがズンときます。

歌で伝えるという意味では此れ以上の方は日本ではいないと感じる。出す曲の中で幾つか持っている方はいるが、此れ程多くの楽曲を揃えている方は非常に稀なのではないかと思います。多くの人の琴線を震わせる音楽の伝導師的な方ではないかと個人的には思います。日本のバブル期では注目され難かったものが、其の終焉とその後の停滞期とされる時代に改めて見直されて来た価値観とでもいうものを、其の楽曲に触れ其の中で自らの琴線に触れられる事で、何かしらの感慨を覚え理想と現実を擦り合わせた何かしらのインスピレーションにも似た答えとも言える出口や道程を探り当てる為の露払い的な質を持つ楽曲が多い方だと思います。
彼女の曲は沢山の人がカバーしてますがオリジナルは染みます。
老けないのが恐ろしい…
これ程、短い文に簡潔した歌詞を描ける人そういない。歌声だけで涙が出させることができる人もそういない。正しく生きていかねばと再確認させられる。
ずっと好きな人に選ばれなかった女性の歌ばかり歌ってたのに、90年代位から壮大なスケールの歌が多くなった。
「道に倒れて誰かの名を呼び続けたことがありますか？」とか70年代80年代はヤバい歌詞の人のイメージが強かったです
「家なき子」の主題歌ヒットしたあたりからイメージ変わった気がします

If you knew the meaning of the lyrics of "Jidai", I think you would be pleasantly shocked as we Japanese were 45 years ago. I think you will be shocked to hear that the truth and universality of human emotions in that song are sung with a beautiful melody.
I love her songs as well. I am so glad that you reached to Miyuki Nakajima . I wanted to request you to react her some songs but it was so hard to find her music video because her videos always would be deleted soon so I couldn't request. If I found available her music video someday, I would request you to react to her songs .

「時代」は彼女の2ndシングルで約45年前の曲。おそらくは彼女を最初に有名にした曲で、多くの人がカバーしています。
彼女の場合、権利的に厳しいのか曲単体ではアップされているものがほとんどありません。アルバム単位なら、正当なものでもなく映像もありませんが、「時代」という曲をフルで聞くことは可能だと思います。

まさかここでレア・サロンガが出て来るとは思わなかったのですが、声質は全く違いますけど、言葉１つ１つがはっきり聞こえるところとか、曲を語るように歌うところとかは、似ているのかもしれませんね。
中世の様な服装でとてもエレガントだと言ってましたが、もし中世に彼女がタイムスリップしても、彼女の歌は誰もに理解してもらえる歌詞なんじゃないかと、ふと思ったりしました。
