It’s really not that hard to become attractive, you may not look like a model but you can be the best version of yourself by working out, eating clean, drinking adequate water, getting enough sleep, not being stressed, grooming properly, having a skin care routine, making changes to your hair and beard, fixing your posture. I have improved the way I look so much in the past 4-5 months.
How attractive you look really depends on how you grow up.

I do 100 push ups but not every day. In a week I do 100 squats, rest day, 50 Pull up’s, rest day, 100 push ups, rest day, cricket, rest day.
I am 36 years old now and I am a stronger than I was when I was 25. I started working out when I was 30 realising I was getting weak.
It cured my mild depression and anxiety and made me confident.

@@shubham_M7777 yes definitely bro. I live in New Zealand and here we have modern gyms but I realised that one does not need fancy equipments to be fit. Just need to perform basic whole body exercises to lean fit and muscular.

Really i hope if my friend Arbaz would have suggested about your videos in my teenage. I would have shaped myself mentally and physically.
If you are physically healthy ( not in terms of six packs but person without any ailments ) and mentally healthy then ofc you are not ugly from outer appearance . My photos look good even without filters and without makeup which is actually a green signal for me .
No matter how much you shave your unwanted hairs ( unwanted hairs doesn't mean unhygienic because body hairs are characteristic of mammals ) but if your skin is not healthy from inside then no facial or any waxing wont work .
People who actually overwork on their looks are damn insecure not that they practice self care . Even in modeling industry looks are one of the factors not only the factor , if looks were the criteria then every tiktok star or every so called beautiful girl would have become successful or bagged the title of miss india or world which is not true .
These industries do demand looks that's why mostly celebrities are good looking but it's one of the factor not only the factor . Looks wont give you any govt seat without an entrance exam nor looks give you business skills , nor money .
You should invest on your looks but in a limited way . These days 13 -14 year old kids have gone mad on insta flaunting their filtered looks which are not even real . Now in the matter of relationships, true relationships demand personality and compatibility. Supericial things attract immature people and shallow ones .
Amount of money you wasted on these things, if you invested it then the return would have something very good .
Also confidence comes from inside . A financial independent women without makeup and a beautiful heart has far more confidence than a stupid 13 to 14 year old teenager who just keeps on flaunting her looks on insta

This is a re-upload if I am not wrong. I will have to definitely try to accept my shortcomings and embrace my insecurities. I have dealt with a condition that would be considered as unattractive by 99% of humankind due which I have never approached any girl ever in my life. I don't know how true is the thing that you mentioned about confidence. But one thing is for sure, that just believing that one is confident won't work. It has to be backed by other attractive traits like being an excellent communicator, expertise in any particular field etc. So what I take from this video is accept your shortcomings, work on improving whatever possible and be confident.

I met college people I knew during online classes and they were surprised because (according to them) my personality doesn't match the way I look (in person). I know I am barely average looking, I don't care, but how can I improve my voice? Even though I am straight male, my voice is pretty high pitched and thin. On top of that, I can't speak clearly, so I end up speaking like a child. How can I improve my speech so I can sound "clean" not childish? I am working on my English and vocabulary, but I still face problems when I speak. Thankyou.

Ok , so to be in a good conversation you must have some good vocabulary . Some people says that they are not necessary for conversation but it's the main point( no cap) .It will create a different aura in the mind of the listener. The listener will themselve create something about your personality. You can do these by remembering words from dictionary.
Honestly i am an eminem fan and he is the most unique artist with a library of words stored in his brain. When he was child he used to memorise words for dictionary, if you hear his rap his lyrics are on another level only 2- 3 rappers is close to him. You can also see shashi thakoor who is an indian legend.
2nd think how you articulate your thoughts through words. You must be clear and if you stammer like umm, hmm than you should work on your language.
3rd, When you are in a conversation try to listen more than speaking as everyone wants to get their attention so if you give them attention by hearing to them they will love to have conversation with you.
4rt the most important. Stop backbiting as it creates a negative image.
