This was my sophomore year at OSU! Supposedly my friends and I were on TV at one point (although I couldn't find it here). The pre-game atmosphere was really something. We were all decked out in our bright orange, excited to open up the season on a Thursday night on national television. And then the actual game started, and the Huskers proceeded to open up a giant can of whoop-ass on us.
I was there. Midway through the 2d quarter, Pokes' sideline were asking for volunteers to suit up and get in the game. I can say that I saw arguably the greatest college team in the modern era. And no, it wasn't my beloved Cowboys. FML. Oh, and F 'Bama. They wouldn't have survived 95.
yeppers, NEB beat an eventual 8 loss team. Wyoming and CO scored 45 against them, TN shut them out 31-0. Neb's 60-3 run was a farce. This game could be on that list. Scoring a zillion against a bad team only brings to light how bad the bad team is.

This team beat the #2 team in the nation by 38 in the national title game, and even downed the ball on the one at the end; otherwise, it would been 45 points.
Rob Johnson 62-24 Fiesta Bowl for the ChampionshipTrophy (and ran the clock out taking a knee at the Florida 1 yard line. Watch that game then talk stupid shit. Over No. 2 undefeated Florida and Florida finished No. 2 in the Final Poll. Best College Football team ever. Ain’t even an argument

Man I loved watching Tyrone Williams play. My opinion, the best corner to ever play at NU. Played against a bunch of future NFL receivers and gave them all a beat down. Multiple NCAA title games, played in a couple Super Bowls. Very quiet but just played hard.

That announcer around 38 min mark was talking about Nebraska answering to a touchdown from OSU and said "if they "huskers" wanna be a top 25 team they need to answer" and they did. But I thought that was funny.....this wasn't no top 25 team but one of the best teams ever to play college football and I am an OU fan.

Frazier 17 passing TDs , only 4 Ints and was sacked 0 times the entire season. And they ran for 400 yards a game. The D was incredible too.
