It's really like a musical dialogue; I can totally visualize the staging -- I CAN TOTALLY VISUALIZE THE STAGING -- this ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to be a musical. Just like the song in this video, those lyrics are very cleverly designed to sync with what would be going on in the game at each moment, especially in that first stage theme which is my favorite so far. I gotta say, even though I knew going in that Cirno would be fun to mess around with, I was surprised how easy making fun of her battle was. I usually try to either reference the pre/post battle dialogue and fun facts, but that Icicle fall commentary was just too [Easy].
Amusingly enough though, that version (Which I have not heard before, so thank you) might have some basis in Canon. While Marisa acknowledges that she's the "Second in Gensokyo" after Reimu, she also proved she lives by "If pushing doesn't work, PUSH HARDER" in Strange and Bright Nature Deity. I was asked to sing this for a friend and I have to admit, the fast parts are near impossible to line up I have to guess. Do you think, even after 6 years, this could use an update where the text can change color to show what's being sung on what syllable?
