Absolutely loved this episode! Mike’s ability to bring in such a wide variety of guests makes each conversation feel fresh and exciting. I’m always learning something new to apply in my life! Amazing work!
My favorite episode for sure. Great guest and great questions by Mike. You can tell he was really engaged in the conversation. I hope they'll do a second round someday.
5 stars. He articulates well. I think depression is real. Everyone has a different level of endurability. And that’s when you count on your good habits to save you
For anyone who enjoyed this podcast I recommend to read the book “The Happiness Advantage” by Shawn Achor. Amazing book about happiness and how to use it to fuel your work and life
I enjoyed the pod. He should discuss more what one must look out for if they picked money, power and more on honor. He explained the pleasure one great though. How many heartbreaks did he have before he found his wife at 24. Heartbreaks can be debilitating and 3.8 hardcore ones sounds rough.
I don't agree with working out without music/podcasts, that can be the difference between someone working out or not. If it's a terrible experience, they're less likely to remain consistent.

Well, duh. You have to attract the broken so they can receive the truth. There’s no light without dark, no healing without hurt. Sometimes you have to play in the shadows to lead people to the sun. But hey, you already know that, right?
It is kind of annoying when this guy, this glazing, mike so much and then thinks he knows about more about mike's analytics of his youtube that mike does

No way he's 12% body fat. His quads are also shredded, he has a christmas tree at the back. He's 8-9
