The average income of the PH is too low to support these insane prices. Only people buying are investors, flippers, and ccp members printing yuan. They won't be able to sell these condos at these prices, they're insane! I can get a house with land in the US for cheaper than some of these studio/1 bedroom shoebox condos.
Avida condos are usually 22sq m studio size 🤗 with no balcony > with 5 Avida towers planned and potentially no tenants for maybe 6 or 12 months + and hundreds of studios renting at the same time ~ the ROI does not look good 😬
Never buy a condo in Cebu..you will get screwed on the maintenance fees as the building starts to go ghetto..up goes your maintenance fees and you are dead in the water..just rent and walk away when it turns ghetto..He makes it sound good..
