    I love when athletes and bodybuilders actually learn how to use and train their body more effectively after years of doing it less optimally.

    • @VMac3
      @VMac3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Mad how they get such results sub-optimally though right?!

    • @JoshSweet
      @JoshSweet ปีที่แล้ว +5

      No doubt, large quantities of exercise gets results, but at the expense of injury and often loss of strength and/or range of motion in the long term.
      Just imagine if people were trained in proper form and motion from a young age how good their results would be…

      @JoshSweet ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yeah, as a massage therapist, I’m all about people learning to be more effective and efficient in their body movements and exercises.
      I am fascinated that people who have been doing physical activities for years can still learn new and better ways of doing so.

    I've been incorporating 1 arm triceps kickbacks with shoulder extension and I've gotten some of the gnarliest triceps pumps yet. 3 sets to failure (12-15 reps) plus some overhead work and my tris were fried for 3 days. Playing with shoulder extension is such a cool tool to have in the toolbox.

    Single arm tricep pull down was something I think I saw Cbum do in a video last year and I do them every week as a starter or finisher. It really helped me with my mind muscle connection to do them individually with constant time under tension like this. Seeing this video is really validating this for me, thanks guys.
