I'm watching you for the first time when someone shared me this video. I'm immensely happy to see someone in India thinking in the right direction and actually starting to do something in the right direction. Having been in US, the only thing I have been thinking about lately is why Indians with all the talent and capability cannot utilise their skills to the maximum, in India. What is in our country and culture that is preventing them from doing so. A little bit of research showed that recent highly funded startups in silicon valley are mostly based on big data products, analytics and services. As you said even 10th std students can go to sites like coursera or various other resources to learn and develop skills - machine learning, data science etc and India could be revolutionised by its people. Google and facebook is heading towards AI and innovating so much that everyone is expecting human jobs to be wiped out to a great extent. Not sure why in India people are so ignorant and sit as though nothing is going to affect them. They discuss politics and controversies, but citizens do nothing useful to see the future and take the country ahead. Due to this, even the software consumer base in India (with the exception of banks and ecommerce) is not competitive & seem to just make do with some legacy systems or use nothing at all. We do not need Amazon cloud and rackspace, India should invest in good infrastructure within the country. Thanks a lot for guiding your viewers and students in the right direction. You're one among the few who are thinking straight.

I'm watching you for the first time when someone shared me this video. I'm immensely happy to see someone in India thinking in the right direction and actually starting to do something in the right direction. Having been in US, the only thing I have been thinking about lately is why Indians with all the talent and capability cannot utilise their skills to the maximum, in India. What is in our country and culture that is preventing them from doing so. A little bit of research showed that recent highly funded startups in silicon valley are mostly based on big data products, analytics and services. As you said even 10th std students can go to sites like coursera or various other resources to learn and develop skills - machine learning, data science etc and India could be revolutionised by its people.
Google and facebook is heading towards AI and innovating so much that everyone is expecting human jobs to be wiped out to a great extent. Not sure why in India people are so ignorant and sit as though nothing is going to affect them. They discuss politics and controversies, but citizens do nothing useful to see the future and take the country ahead. Due to this, even the software consumer base in India (with the exception of banks and ecommerce) is not competitive & seem to just make do with some legacy systems or use nothing at all. We do not need Amazon cloud and rackspace, India should invest in good infrastructure within the country.

i am from cv raman college of engineering and my dream was to study in iit but i didn't cleared my iitjee and i am doing my btech from average college but still my dream is to study in iit but again due to my family i planned to do job rather than gate but you really motivated me for gate ,my plan for the future is to do job for 2-5 years and alongside preparing for gate and now i am making a commitment that from now onwards i will prepare for gate 2 hrs daily and sir whatever ur dream is making india great again is not only ur dream we are also a part of that dream and together we will definitely make india great again
