My back foot truck always wants to slip into crosslock or even off the ledge when doing BS grinds without round coping. Any suggestions? The tape thing is going to help me a ton with getting on - thx 🙏
drag your back foot back as soon as you hit the ledge so the back truck wheel locks against the coping of the ledge, also simultaneously put your front shoulder parallel or even a little bit hanging over the ledge to correct the same issue, don’t rotate your front shoulder over too much as your front truck might start coming off

While grinding, Throw your head and body back and bend your knees to Balance on your arches and heels and not your toes. 💙🛹💙
