Hi the banana bread looks so yummy... can I bake it instead? If yes whats the oven temperature? Thank you.
Hi Unique Slices! Yes you can bake it. Just preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test or a skewer comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it cool down. Enjoy baking! Stay safe always :)

hi can i use baking powder?
It looks delicious. I’m going to make it soon. May I know can I use organic cake flour instead of all purpose flour? Can I omit the vanilla extract too? Thanking you in advance
Bes cake of al ,u tube!
Glad you like the recipe Tay! Stay safe always! :)
Salamat po sa pagbahagi
You're very much welcome Mabel! Ingat lagi 😊
what kind of paper tò use can oil the pan instead of putting paper
Hi Diana! I used parchment paper or you can simply oil your pan. Enjoy baking! Stay safe. :)
Wala pong pwede ipalit sa vegetable oil? Like kung pwede po olive oil nalang or ung ordinary oil?
Hi Noreen! I would suggest neutral oils with no taste or aroma such as vegetable oil, canola or corn oil.
Olive oil has a distinct taste, but if you don't mind it, go ahead and use it on your banana bread. Enjoy baking! Stay safe! :)
Bat ung ginawa di sya umalsa at mlambot anu po kaya mali dun
@@gemuelluntak6965 hi Gemuel! Did you use new or properly stored baking powder?
Yummy
Hello okay poba kung walang baking soda?
Ok lng po ba kht wlng baking soda
can I use 1tsp of baking powder to replace 1tsp of baking soda if I don’t have baking Soda?
Thank you
It will still taste delicious.
Additional tip: After steaming it for 40 minutes on medium low heat, do the toothpick test at patayin nio na po ang apoy. Pagkatapos ay takpan ulit ang steamer at hayaan lang ang banana bread sa loob ng steamer for another 5 to 10 minutes bago nio hanguin.
Im excited for your banana bread! Salamat po sa panood. Ingat kayo palagi :)
Wala kasi kaming vegetable oil
Hi Joellie! Yes po pwede kahit anong cooking oil. Canola oil, corn oil, vegetable oil. Happy baking! Keep safe. :)
pag walang baking soda pwedeng ipalit ang baking powder?
Yes po. Kung walang baking soda use 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. Keep safe. :)
Pano po mag walang Vagetable oil Ano po pwedeng ipalit?
Hi Sandy! You can also use canola oil, corn oil o kahit anong mantika, wag lang po yung natutulog. Thanks for watching! Stay safe! :)
@@pinasarap4143 thank you po
Can i use cake floue
Hi! Haven't tried using cake flour for banana bread but maybe you can try. :)
Thanks👌👍👋😊🙏
Hi Myrna! Thank you also.. Glad you like the video. Keep being safe :)
Can we skip eggs
Hello Samantha.. I haven't tried baking banana bread without eggs. But you can try! Your banana bread might be flatter and sweeter coz you're going leave eggs out.
Instead, use 1 1/2 tsp baking powder for the recipe. Keep safe! :)
Ginaya ko to kaso problema bakit basa pa rin yung loob. 😅 Pero masarap naman. Hehe
Hi Kirsten! If you followed the exact measurement po at basa padin ang loob, maybe it's a little bit undercooked. Baka maciadong mahina po ang apoy nio. Do the toothpick test after 40 minutes, kapag may sumama na moist crumb sa toothpick extend the cooking time for 5 minutes and check again. :)) Stay safe always! :))
Pde po bang walang baking soda?
Hi Jobel! Kung wala po kayong baking soda, use 1 1/2 tsp baking powder for the recipe. Stay safe! :)
Hi Neizel! I have not tried cooking this in a puto molder like you did. Kapag flat na flat like you said, maybe there's a problem with your leavening agents. Try to check baka luma napo ang baking powder/baking soda na iyong ginamit. Also, avoid opening your steamer while cooking kac magdedeflate po yan, babagsak cia imbes na umalsa. And don't over cook it po, since you used a puto molder at maliit lng ito, mabilis lng din maluto unlike sa loaf pan. Keep safe. :)
Thankyou po, will check again next time and will follow what you said...
bakit wla po gatas or water?
bat nu tinusok ng toothpick, para saan.
Hi Loela! I hope you enjoyed watching po. Stay safe! :)
No milk?
Hi! Yes, no milk.☺️ This recipe is dairy-free. Thanks for watching. Take care!
Hi. Can I use melted butter instead of oil? If yes, is the amount same as oil?
@@elienechean8773 Hi Eliene! Hope you're doing well. Yes, you may substitute oil with equal amount of butter. Let it cool before adding to the mixture.
However, the texture of the bread made with oil is softer than the ones made with butter. Breads made with oil are also loftier or taller and stays moist way longer than the bread made with butter.
Enjoy! And keep being safe! ☺️
@@pinasarap4143 ano po mali kapag ung gitna nd po naluto?? I try po with milk and butter? Pag oil poba pwede ung nbbli lng sa tundahan?
It's so much oil, can it be lessen
Hi Johanna! Yes, you may just use 1/4 cup of oil and add 1/4 cup of milk. Thanks for watching! Keep being safe. :)
