Is there a preset for a phone contact? E.g.. I press 3 or 4 and it dials my work phone number.

I don’t think such a preset exists that you can call a number using, however you can set the presets to open your phone or you can simply press the phone icon on the steering wheel and it will open a list of last called numbers
