Western people cook in non stick pan sprayed with carbon chemicals and too many chemical coatings I don't know how they enjoy unhealthy food .
In India we used to cook in pots in natural way it is hygiene and healthy

In vellore ..for three years I studied in SACRED HEART COLLEGE Tirupattur..that time I received the great opportunity of tasting the delicious briyani by Muslim brothers in various hotels...still the taste is in my mind.. weird imagination only instead of guns and tankers let us take kitchen utensils in our hands... let us conduct and wage eating war among Muslims hindus Christians.. my dear Muslim brothers will surely win briyani cooking prize ... Abdul kadher bhai briyani ikku naan adimai (slave)...

40 rupee ×120 plates= 4800 rupees !!! Looks like 3 or 4 hours of job !!!! That's pretty smart investment!!! Maybe he sale different street food for the evening time!!! At the end of the day he makes very good clean money!!! Serving with banana leads obviously hygienic thinking!!! $150 to $200 dollars if earnings every day!!! That's awesome!!!
