- This MAP is an extended AU from Serpent Sol about Feathertail's backstory. We see an artistic retlling of Riverclan legends, the capture of Feathertail's family, destruction of Riverclan, and the events of Serpent Sol.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, it makes me so happy that the alebrije starclan doesn't just stays in serpent sol, but also appears here, and not only that but even the fishes have some characteristics as well! this story is amazing, and I love feather so much. You are all amazing and did a beautiful wonderful job

Cheetah is honestly legit one of the most brilliant ppl I’ve ever seen. Like honestly screw all those old fuckin math nerds these maps are incredible- (this is light hearted but seriously cheetah if you’re reading this you and your team/friends are brilliant, your maps and ideas never seize to amazing me!)
I'm pretty sure that Bramblefur, Traveler Feather, and Hawkstorm were the only ones not featured in this map. It's amazing how all those previous maps were able to fit together. I even theorized myself that Serpent Sol and Were-whisker were part of the same universe and this pretty much confirmed that.
They also showed Coyote Sleekwhisker and Cowboy Mapleshade at the beginning
I think Bramblefur is going to tie in here to its sequel, with Hollyleaf being the one we saw in the teaser! She's the one that Squirrelflight is regaling the heroism of Feathertail to, and I think Hollyleaf is going to take down Bramblefur in the same manner.
Yeah I'm sure the rest of the maps not featured here happen after Serpent Sol.
1:29 You can actually see plants growing around Holly, which was similar to what happened in the ending scene from Bramblefur
feathertail slashing ashfur's neck open to give him a scar is a nod to the bramblefur map i think
1:28 Yall if you look closely you can see tiny vines growing underneath Hollykit's paw.
This exact same thing happens at the end of Bramblefur's post credit scene, and you can clearly see that Hollykit looks exactly like the cat at the end of Bramblefur. So with that i'd say that Bramblefur's sequel map is going to be a Hollyleaf map, maybe it's about her noticing that her father Bramblestar is possessed by Ashfur and killing Ashfur's spirit herself? probably with the vine things.
edit: A bit more "evidence" of this could also be in Cheeteh Z's channel banner. Multiple characters from previous maps are present, but Hollyleaf is also present despite not having a map herself, but she's seperated from the others. Idk if this was intentional that would be some very cool foreshadowing lol
edit 2: Well, looking back at this Hollyleaf sure did kill somebody, it wasn't Ashfur tho :nervous laughter:

the little sprouts also appear in serpent sol but theyre very easy to miss ;) good luck finding them
It would be nice to see how the ending scene in serpent sol would go. The broken green star implies that Hollyleaf doesn’t have powers, but the sprouts are a reoccurring theme. Her siblings also never showed any foreshadowing to their power and they didn’t seem very important, the focus was always on Holly. My head kind of scrambles around thinking of this.
Interesting idea, everyone back then thought it was FernCloud but this makes more sense
Here's a summary of the events! They may not be completely accurate since there's no script to base it off of. This MAP is great and I can't believe it came out so quickly, props to the animators!
🌊 At the start, Perchpaw is defending Reedshine from Mapleshade. We fade into an amazed Featherkit, which implies that Silverstream told her this story.
🌊 Silverstream continues to talk but then she faints and subsequently dies, possibly due to starvation as her ribs are showing.
🌊 Graystripe and Stormkit begin mourning her. The cats in the background are most likely Mistyfoot and Stonefur.
🌊 Tigerstar scares Featherkit and she starts to cry. He could be warning her to keep inside the cage of bones that were made for the RiverClan prisoners.
🌊 Next we see Feathertail (or she could be younger depending on how canon compliant the AU is) sinking in the water with a fresh scar on her eye. Graystripe's corpse is thrown in right next to her. Mistyfoot, Stonefur, and Stormfur's corpses are also there. Next we see Sleekwhisker's were-coyote form walk away.
🌊 The events of Serpent Sol are retold from Squirrelflight to Hollykit, who looks as amazed as Feathertail when she was a kit. Plants begin to sprout near Hollykit's paws, implying that she has powers.
thank you, i didn't catch that it was her family being thrown into the water with her, so i was confused on why graystripe was in starclan at the end!
@BlitzBling it's from the cowboy mapleshade map because their ontop of the formation they were on at the end of the map and she also looked simaler to the way she looked after killing appledusk and chasing them up the formation. The background is also the same as well as the designs for all the characters. One other thing is that serpent sol, ware-whisker, pirate scorage and cowboy mapleshade (the maps where all the characters are from) are all maps that cheataz has hosted but crookedgoose was hosted buly someone els and has little to no relation to one another.

SAME I KNOW I’M EIGHT DAYS LATE AND I WAS LIKE “I JUST CAME BACK FROM SERPENT SOL WHAT”
THis is awesome! It also makes me think that the lore surrounding this map at the others of it goes like this: 'Pirate Scourge' was the time when Firestar was young when the land was full of plants before Tigerstar took it over killing off many cats from all of the clans. This leads to 'Werewhisker' in which the Coyote continued the destruction that had already occurred before and further destroyed the clans, mostly being Riverclan since it seems like Feathertail is one of the few Riverclan cats alive, and with what we've seen of 'Sharpen Your Teeth', before finally being a little while later leading us to 'Serpent Sol' with the entire territory being in a drought as the lands had changed from all of the destruction that was brought upon earlier! Just some small thoughts!
Then after that is Bramblefur I’d say…and maybe even Hawkstorm being in between Serpent Sol and Bramblefur because Jay, Holly and Lion are stills kits..just a thought!

Can’t wait to see this one! With the masterpiece that is serpent sol and this map being finished in FOUR DAYS, it’s surely going to be a great map. I do wonder how Werewhisker is involved….
Edit: Woah, what a map! The art and animation was incredible and it’s a great sequel/prequel to Serpent Sol. I have noticed Hollyleafs importance in all these maps, even with Cheeteh including her in the banner though she doesn’t have a map of her own, and the ivy on her paws is the same as in the end of Bramblefur. Enough rambling though, this map is remarkable on its own, but with the cinematic masterpiece that is Serpent Sol it’s no surprise that this map is just as beautiful! Great job to the animators and thumbnail creators in both maps!
Whoa that is incredible, it takes amazing writing abilities to tie all those stories in a coherent and poetic way... I love how Starclan is represented as an underwater universe, it fits so well with the many desert themed maps. I also adore the throwback to Cowboy Dan at 1:53, the three eyes appearing are just like Mapleshade's kits in that project!
I was so excited for this and it did not disappoint! Especially after A shadow in Riverclan feathertail is my favourite character and this AU does her so much justice! And it’s so cute to see hollyleaf learning about her!
AAAAA i love how your maps interconnect!!! one sort of idea that came to mind, since the pirate scourge map has more characteristics of southern/coastal México, maybe during the great move to the lake the clans moved further north? I dont know how well that could tie into other maps but it’s just a weird thought i had-

The fact that all the maps are connected is so cool! I never considered they'd take place in the same universe.
THIS WAS DONE SO FAST! Even though this is a quick MAP it’s still literally amazing. Feathertail at the end reuniting with her family is pure GOLD. I love all the details like flowers growing under Hollykit’s paws and the details from all the other MAPS. Especially the fish in the last part in the background matching Feathertail’s family’s fur is so cool!

This MAP is so cool, omg. I remember seeing WereWhisker in this, and being absolutely amazed on the chill this gives.
I see that in each of hollyleaf’s eyes is a green diamond, and sol destroyed the green diamond in serpent sol… foreshadowing??
Also, the end credits with the whole family together is so beautiful yet sad… we never see them all interact in the books, so it’s nice to see a group embrace!

@Redbird217 , I don’t really think that is an inconsistency because Graystripe could’ve died between Pirate and Serpent. I’m pretty sure he died in Sleek’s map
@Redbird217 yeah but there's a great chance that Hawkfrost and Hawkstorm are different characters in the Cheetehverse lore
@Redbird217 my first thought was that Hawkfrost was his half brother like in canon, and Hawkstorm was his littermate. But now that you bring up the death thing, yeah it might be unlikely, but it's still possible
@Redbird217 also I want to mention maybe Feathertail and Stormpaw(kit) were not kits, but apprentices in the Werewhisker map, that would mean some time DID pass

This is definitely in the same universe as pirate scourge. The design of tigerstar, the bone cage at the start, its amazing how you are able to connect these to the same universes.
I love how well this ties lots of previous MAPS together through a character who has connections back to all of them and it honestly does such a good job of revealing that, yes, this is in fact a single universe. It’s awesome

Was so pumped seeing all the parts together and having the opportunity to collab with such an epic person and animator but mostly so very nostalgic to, a whole year later, be able to work on mapleshade once more. You are an amazing director and host, you deserve the world

It’s cool to see most of your maps tie together and make a full story of your own, even if the concept of warrior cats isn’t yours originally. I love it.

I love how everything put together. Like I did not expect everything to be connected, especially Were-Whisker, but I love it! The animation is wonderful and it explains everything gracefully. The only thing I’m really confused about is how ghost are portrayed and how the cats moved to so many different places.

Just rewatched all of cheetah's maps in order and YALL.... THEY'VE BEEN LEADING UP TO THIS FOR SO LONG ITS INSANE. The ending of bramblefur with the mystery cat having plants grow from the ground... we all had our theories but now we know its gonna be holly!! And with the ending of hawkstorm, I bet he's gonna be involved too with bramble's situation! I'm so excited to see all of these maps come together holy smokes

This is brilliant! GENIUS idea to have kitten Feather and Holly done in the same art/animation style! I can't wait to see what that's leading up to... And the enormous smiles on the family's faces when they reunite heal my heart ;v;
Good catch with the art styles, now that I rewatch that part I also noticed that Feathertail jumps at Sol the EXACT same way Perchpaw jumps at Mapleshade
The warrior cats animation cinematic universe is getting really impressive! On a serious note this is SO much fun, I love recognising different characters from different AUs and seeing the threads tying them together… you’ve created something insanely cool I love this so much

Lol, I watched it when it premired
BrambleFur and HawkStorm were slightly unsettling to me- Just the ending of HawkStorm with the head stuff. As for BrambleFur, I mostly skimmed it and happened to land on the cloak scene 😅
