    Good to seen a lighter week to allow the body to adapt. 5:20/km is a 3:45 Marathon, is that your target? Also fuelling, at some point before race day, maybe a good idea to try the stuff they will provide to see if it sits well on your stomach. Happy Birthday!

      At this stage I'd love a 5:30/km marathon. Will assess when I'm at closer to the date.

      Hi, back of a fag packet calculation would give a 11:07 overall, with a 1:10 swim, 6:05 bike and a 3:52 run! @@FinchFitness

    nice work. are you planning on getting a tri-bike or are you using clip-on aero bars?
