I would like to have seen you fit all that into the bag to see whether it gets too bulky. It’s a lot of stuff to put into this compact bag..
Actually it all fits inside the bag. The tumbler takes the entire width of the bag and then it’s a bit of a game of Tetris. Lucky for me the tumbler is not taken around with me all the time.
Without the tumbler inside there is no additional bulking to the bag. It remains slim and in normal shape.
