What is Zil?

He was originally going to be the main antagonist of the film but he was replaced with Professor Zundapp and Miles Axlerod, his design is based on the 1951 ZiS-112/1, a race car made in the Soviet Union that performed poorly, is painted black and had a chrome bumper.
