She can take little bites of this during the day. This helped me so much in recovery. The cumin helps with going nr2 as well, which is really scary after giving birth. Amazing thing for recovery and producing milk: mixing 2 spoons of honey with 1/2 tbsp of ginger powder, 1/2 of cumin 1,5 spoon of tahini(sesame paste). She can take little bites of this during the day. This helped me so much in recovery. The cumin helps with going nr2 as well, which is really scary after giving birth.
