LEGO Loser Snow-Buggy 4x4 RC car FAIL

The machine assembled from LEGO Technic has 4 independent suspensions with 4 shock-absorbing springs, each agile separately staggering side, all-wheel drive with separate motors for all 4 wheels and control from an IR remote control for each wheel separately, 2 battery packs to enhance the power.
For turning, it uses the rover rotate method, but instead of tracks there are wheels that simply rotate in different directions.
