I’m in the market for a good Nakiri and came across Master Shin’s. I was wondering if it would be a good pick compared to others in the same price range? I loved his story and the look of his work, but after watching your video I was curious on whether or not it would be a good purchase or not. Thanks in advance for any info.
@@whoiswalker yeah I would check out Andy @ ElementFE.com. My brother has their Nakiri and I sharpened it yesterday, almost perfect after a year as their primary knife. Amazing. The handle is @handmadekitchenknives on IG
