Also I wanted to say that movies like this are so good. Not only because of the obvious, but because of the things they don't say.
How President Barbie is a black woman, that being a weird girl doesn't mean you don't have a place in their world...it's a beautiful movie. Has a strong, female positive theme throughout. I don't think it's a man-shaming movie. I think it puts a spotlight on how male culture in the US particularly has felt for those of us who are women. Any man who feels threatened by that is exactly why this movie exists.
