If you want to reach a larger audience with a vlog, you have to make sure that your videos are understood by that audience. If I would do my videos in Dutch (which is my mother-tongue) they could only be watched in The Netherlands and the northern part of Belgium. Now I have viewers from all over Europe, USA and Philippines. What I have done here is complementing this vlogger on the content and giving advice for building a larger audience. How could that be rude?

I am lost for words that such places exist in the Philippines. If it wasn’t for SEFTV, I would have never known these once beautiful islands are now in the verge of extinction. just by chance i saw this vlog and i got curious to watch this, this is vey informative and relevant since we often talk about the 7,100 islands in the country ..it is only now i can see that we really have these islands/islets ..this is an eye opener especially to our govt(local and national)of the sad living conditions of some fellow Filipinos who persist and continue in inhabiting these dangerous islands 🥲

I was in Loboc in 2019, and stayed in a very nice resort. I felt sad that some of this islands that are populated are are in this sinking situation. What will happen to this people, I wish the government will help them locate to a more safe land to continue their way of life. I love my own beautiful country and very proud to be a Filipino.
Why wait for someone's help? They have to move by themselves. The Govenment didn't ask them to live there, so why ask the Gov to relocate them?

I think the right word is submerged not sinking. It's the sea level rises due to climate change. Some glaciers and icebergs in north/south pole are already melted causing the increase of volume of water. It is not the land which sink but the water level which rise.
First time to see and discover this, nakakalungkot - for the ocean dahil its like this is kinda a way of polluting the ocean - and for the people, because of the lack of i guess opportunity for a better life.

Looks like they got used to it. People in the south even built their houses in the waters not in the land. And there's 7,600+ islands but I guess you don't want to leave your property and your community.

I am sure that these sinking islands are now known to the central government in Manila and I hope that they already have plans on how to help the residents and how to rehabilitate these islands. As a suggestion, it will be better to relocate all the residents on safer and higher grounds and provide them with livelihood and jobs. As for the sinking islands, the best is to reclaim them, we have thousands of tons of garbage in metro Manila alone. Why not process these garbage so that they will be less destructive to the environment and use it to rebuild and reclaim the islands, cover it with soil and plant coconut, hardwood trees or fruit bearing trees plus grasses to prevent erosion. In the near future, they could be opened again as tourist destination or commercial and environmental purposes such as fisheries, fish habitat/sanctuary or bird sanctuary for the land area.

We should always help save this island so we can reduce the sea levels and combat a.k.a fight and stop global warming a.k.a climate change and save and conserve the energy, electricity and environment and postpone a.k.a cancel this scenario forever a.k.a permanently a.k.a for good because we should always a.k.a: also known as all the time be advocates everyday a.k.a: also known as daily from as to most, please.

I just feel very sorry tk see this video vlog mo sef. medyo heart breaking to think of peoples lives there . thier welfare,thier safety in case of phenomenal bad weather, I also think of the inconvenience of life in those island ,how about thier needs such as opportunities of work ,transport, electricity ,safe water, medical needs, urgent hospitalization, childrens leisure ,schools or thier education comfort ,haaiiiyytst grabe to think so many people complains about life in the better places but then dont see this very sad situation of our kababayans . sana the national and local govt would foresee something better for the many residents of this islands. and think of many HOWS?? to alleviate the lives of this people in Bohol

Kahit na matunaw ang polar and ice caps ay ilang percent lang ito sa bodies of water natin kasama na ang karagatan. Polar and ice caps ay 2% or 27.72M cu.KM lang sa kabuuang volume ng tubig sa mundo. I-divide mo ito sa surface area ng dagat na 342.26 M sq.KM, wala pang 4" ang iaangat ng level ng dagat. Kaya wag pong magpaniwala na aabot daw ng 2KM ang iaangat ng level sa dagat pag natunaw ang polar and ice caps. It's just another GLOBAL SCAM.

At ano ang kinalaman ng Pangulo kung bakit nagkaka-problema sa mga overcrowded na isla ng Bohol? Anong kinalaman ng Pangulo kung mahilig kayong magpadami ng anak kahit walang sapat na pamumuhay para pakainin lahat yan?
Yung problema ng overcrowding eh problemang gawa yan ng tao! Islands as small as these should not have large populations -- and all structures should be on a temporary basis because of the nature of the climate and the probable rise of seawater due to typhoons and now, global warming.
Eh may mga bahay na konkreto na sa isla -- sinong nagsabi na tumira kayo diyan? Unless myembro kayo ng Dumagat or Badjao tribes -- which would probably be most unlikely bcoz they traditionally live on boats and stilt houses over water, you are just "squatting" on these islands and even polluting the environment! Because there is no way you can maintain proper sanitation of people and proper disposal of human wastes while your house is under 1 foot of water. And you just polluted the environment -- DUH :O?!!
