    저거훌라후프동작 허리다망가뜨리는거아닌가요?
    요추생김새특성상 회전운동자체가 불가능할텐데
    회전을 크게가져가면가져갈수록 허리뼈 사이디스크와 세로인대에 부담되에지는 전단력의 힘이커져 허리부상위험도가 더 커보이는데;

      요추에서 관절면으로 인해 분절 간 제한되는 회전은 축돌림입니다 예를 들자면 지구의 움직임에도 회전이 자전과 공전2가지가 있는데 훌라우프동작은 공전에 가깝고 요추회전은 자전에 가깝다고 생각 하시면 됩니다

      @@user-sw4dw6eh9yqweryyyy 훌라우프 동작의 회전축은 머리에서 부터 수직으로 쭉 내린 몸의 중심축이지 lumbar vertebrae가 아니니깐요 실제로 lumbar의 rotation보다는 hip joint와 pelvic의 움직임이 해당동작을 만들어낸다고 저는 생각하는데 선생님은 해당동작에서 lumbar rotation이 움직임에 대부분을 차지한다고 생각하시나요?

      생각밖에 안든다
      홍정기도 저런 운동으로 거북목 교정된다고 말하는거 보면 사기꾼이라는 생각만 들고
      저걸로 거북목 교정될 정도로 인체는
      단순하지가 않단다
