If you are short a very deep ITM put for a stock that you would like to stay long, is it a good idea to close it and switch to a similar delta call and trade diagonal spreads?

So the first chart was looking at buying a long term OTM LEAP (presumably a call)? That seems to match up but it should be explicitly stated. A deep ITM call would not benefit in delta by moving toward the strike (down). Or are you bearish long term and you are buying an ITM put? No, that does not make sense either. This is really confusing. Zebra - more of a short term, higher delta, good in IRA or non-margin. Okay, but where is that on the chart? Holy cow, what a mess. Maybe try again in smaller chunks.
