Turn down AI difficulty damage scaling to 0 if you're playing on Legend to avoid those ridiculous kickouts. Also, try to get your opponent max health (black bar) to at least half before hitting a finisher to end the match.
Helped me so much I found it so annoying when I had a great match ending but they kicked out of a finisher no1 has ever kicked out of
So I wasn't the only one struggling in the showcase mode. I was so frustrated for no reason. N the game glitches when I sometimes do a Irish whip, some SIGs n finishers... Gotta love 2K
For the corner grapple issue, the game wants you to do a back grapple in the corner, it just never specifies. That's how it worked for me anyway.
I didn’t have any problems with showcase. Guess I was lucky
I gave up on the game there was way too many glitches in showcase so 2k19 was my wrestling game for this year.
@@almightydreadhead6909 Lucky, I had to give up on 2K19 due to a weird issue. Either my save wasn't registering or something, basically if I accepted what it was asking all my CAWS, Universe and shit would be gone so I just went with 2K22.
@@Daxter-hl7dwthat really sucks man I might be in the minority, but I actually enjoy 2k19 more than 2k22 because of the simulation aspect and advanced entrances
The one with the Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns vs Angel Garza and Seth Rollins for the Tag Titles reminds me of that one match from Night Of Champions when it was Ted DiBiase Jr. and a mystery partner which ended up being Cody Rhodes for the Tag Championships and the Champions were Hardcore Holly and Cody Rhodes

I noticed changing the difficulty from legend to Hard stop all the ridiculous kickouts. You'll just have to tweak the Sliders to get the difficulty up then.
My favourite character to play as, has to be Undertaker Ministry of Darkness. He is quite hard to beat
I was very suprised to hear that wwe is finally ending their pg rating. Lets hope this goes better for the wwe.
This years showcase mode is good if you're new. Or don't have a lot of experience with these games. The objectives teach you a lot that the tutorial misses.

It can depend on the difficulty you have set on how many finishers it takes to win
It also makes a big difference to wait until the right part of the body is in red damage before hitting your finisher. Makes it much more likely to end the match properly.

to easily win after atleast one finisher is if you immediately go for a submission and you won’t even need to spam the buttons that much. now i basically win 75% of my matches on legend difficulty on 2k

You can hit a 100 finishers yet they still kick out but if they’ve got a resiliency payback and you want them to kick out they lose to a scoop slam smh

I completely disagree about how many finishers you need to hit, most of the matches I play or sim are over in like 5 minutes, it’s so annoying. I wish they would kick out.

On legend you can hit a jobber like Ricochet or Mustafa Ali with a pedigree twice and he will still kick out
