The house was built in the 1700s. Given that, I dont think multiple deaths over such an extended period of time are unusual.

I agree, given that the house is SO old...I would bet if people researched their old homes, and I'm talking REAL old, they'd be surprised just how many deaths occurred. And the bottom comment is also correct, people didn't go to hospice or even hospitals to die, people for the most part wanna pass on in their own home.
Okay guys do the math the house is built in 1700 and it is 2023.. that would probably be something around like 3 deaths in the house for every hundred years..

First story reminds me of a house I lived in growing up with my family in Lagos Nigeria. We hear someone literally RUNNING......like heels on the roof. We have inspected but nothing. Also strange smells and weird secretions on the walls. Lets not talk about INFESTATIONS (Roaches and Rats). Also places in the house that lights just never stays on. Fix a new one today, watch it get blown out in the evening. Places that one can't just go to (because you would just feel SCARED for no reason). The day we moved out, was like a movie. We didn't pack. My mum, dad, and sisters just moved out at night and went to stay with my grandmother

At age 43 I give in. I will stubbornly admit that us men have to start listening to the women in our lives intuitions. Every time I don't listen, bad things happen. I've always relied on my gut feelings...I now admit that women are more sensitive.

I live in Baltimore, MD, and I've seen "For Sale" signs in front yards, that say "Not Haunted". It should be mandatory, in every state. There are so many heathens, this day in age, and "religious people" so naive and clueless about religious facts, that they believe in God, but not demons. 😆. You can't have one, without the other. 💯. I hear Connecticut is very haunted because it’s so old and there’s a lot of history.
I live in Connecticut and there are so many haunted houses here. I used to live next to a cemetery that was from the late 1600's. There are graves that belong to soldiers that served under George Washington. Very interesting!

I lived next to a people's cemetary for six-plus years, no problems. Even on Halloween. The place was calming, pretty and no wild parties. The only busy day(non-haunting) was Memorial Day, and the funerals. Overall, pleasant. No "Haunting" episodes. Thankfully! I felt protected. A very good thing!

The old Lithuanian cemetery . There' A mazolium in there underneath the name MOSSAK. People who go around a thing see a horrific creature it looks like a vampire they called the Spring Valley cemetery vampire period it floats towards people has red glowing eyes it's horrific radiates evil all sorts people have seen it including a former marine when an air started firing a thing with this pistol until the cops came back in the late 1980s or in 1990s and it's just the legend that's been going on it's even in books libraries across the Illinois. People in the area have known about it it grows quiet a couple of years until somebody's dumb enough going and mess with the thing I'd like to go check it out I haven't been over that way and sometime because my vehicle has been down I love out the country in ottawawhich is like 45 minutes away like 2 hours less than 2 hours From South Chicago

It's amazing that 'Lee Allen' can see the past and help a spirit. I'm not sure when someone goes into the light, that it's only a good experience. The good and bad are probably together, and thinking of some being frightened, scares me. How many portals are there out there?
My husband and I own a farm house...1729! Right on the Brandywine River in Chester county, Pa! We absolutely have ghosts! We rent it out now, and every renter sees the same ghosts! I tell my renters BEFORE they move in, that there are ghosts

The original case, according to the eldest daughter, Andrea Perron, was worse, The Harrisville Haunting(The Conjuring) house(farm). The books are scarier.
A late friend(not because of the haunting) had a benign spirit. No problems. A triple-decker in Massachusetts was haunted. No problems.

Because almost every kid is scared of the dark or a house when it's makes noises from settling if every parent went along with the kid being scared it would never get better it would only get worse.

We were teenagers, and we used to smoke pot and drop acid, eat shrooms, and take ecstasy. We'd stay all night, sometimes. There was a caretaker's house, right in the middle! I never saw anything scary, though, fortunately. One time, it was just my buddy and I, and we were trippin', and something exploded about 15" away from us, so we hurried to the other side of the graveyard, on our bikes, and as soon as se got to the other side, IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!! It wasn't paranormal, but it was creepy as hell! 😆

At a house I worked at, I felt a strange feeling the minute I was alone in the house;The employers were a great family & I liked them a lot.There was always someone in the house, on 1st floor when I worked there. There were 3 stories.When I was alone & closed the house at the end of summer, I heard a door slam and a man say " I'm home". Then the stairs creaking.
The owners had a newer house on same road. I was told " That's great grandfather,"who built the house in 1850.
They weren't scared bc it was their great grandfather.It never harmed anyone, just visited. Didn't mean harm but was super creepy.😮

As another Taylor dealing with a haunted apartment I feel for that mom and daughter. Though our ghost is the spirits of our 2 older neighbors who passed according to our little girl. They acted as pseudo grandparents for our daughter ( she's 4) and she still talks about how nana and papa come to her tea parties and tuck her in and our dogs get excited when they sense them. The dogs loved them and still get the wiggle butts when they are around.

@Shelbydee3030 I was half asleep after getting up to use the bathroom last night and heard viv's voice clear as a bell ask if I could come down for a second ( which was normal towards the end she had trouble transitioning from laying down or sitting to standing) and I grabbed the spare key and was opening her door before the sleep fog cleared that she was gone. And even though the apartment has been gutted for renovation and cleaned ( still not rented out though) when I was locking the door back after making sure no one was squatting inside I smelled this very distinct raspberry lambic beer she always had a glass of before bed. My husband the complete skeptic has even heard her and started singing a different tune about the after life.

Viv lived below us and Bruce lived next door and despite both living in the same building ( only 4 units) for at least 40 years I never saw them interact. My theory is that since they were both widowed in the mid to late 80s that their grief pushed them into a torrid affair but their guilt ended it and that's why they ignored the others existence but they buried the hatchet in the afterlife. Or maybe they had a fight about something stupid like parking or noise or just hated eachother/had nothing in common in life but the affair is much more entertaining to me so I lean towards that especially since my daughter Merry swears they always show up together despite never having done that in life.
As a kid I had strange experiences in an old house my family moved into. Classic haunting stuff. I'm 35 now and the older I get the more skeptical I am. I dunno if I really believe in ghosts anymore having not experienced anything in my adult life. But these shows are still fun to watch. I just get grumpy when people have zero skepticism and believe blindly in the paranormal. A show like this is highly dramatized anyway.

I still remember the very strange sensation of someone holding my hands when I was 7 or 8 and my parents would take us to a cemetery (don't ask) to walk around while they smoked in the car
I would like follow-up interviews after so many years to see if these people are living peacefully or if situation is the same.
Every time I watch the stories, I'm puzzled, they are terrified but they stayed there for a long time. The very first day that I'll feel it, I will move for sure.

I can't think of any other reason! I am not superstitious.
There usually is a rational, scientific explanation, even if there are ghosts and we simply don't know the science of why, there is a science behind it waiting to be discovered. Ultimately nothing is unexplainable or paranormal.
Women are more sensitive to these things we have womens intuition for a reason

In the first story, the female actress has been in many different roles for A Haunting.
The first story reminded me of a story a priest told me when I was a child about a demon who could take other forms but that they could never change their hooves into feet. I think it was a religious dogma but I don't really remember how the story went only that it took the form of a woman dressed in a long dress and when it was asked to show her feet it changed back to its real form because it couldn't change its feet to look human. That story piqued my interest in the paranormal.

I don't agree with that "psychic" on the last episode when she said that spirits have to cross over and that they don't belong on Earth with the living. If they don't want to cross over then they don't have to.

I remember one of my friends he was so in to ghosts things. Dying to see them. One night, he went to the Arabian desert in a location known for ghosts presence and took a tent to spend the night there. He was waiting and waiting until finally he heard drums then a black cat came to his tent, looked at him but it left shortly after. He went home with disappointment but when he opened the door, he felt a wind all of a sudden entered his house! The following weeks, his life went crazy! Bad dreams, black figures appearing in his room at night scared the hell out of him. He was screaming for help. Finally, after reading religious text he was able to break free. Now, he is no longer in that stuff. Don’t knock those doors!

I edited this to write i wrote this before the whole first story was even half way in. Just goes to show you. Im glad they got it right even if it was second to do. The first thing i would do as a believer in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit would be to start praying and rebuking the evil in their names. Not no mediums or sage burning. Cause our Bible says to not mess with stuff like that. Plus, the Bible also says the dead have nothing to say to the living, too. So these ghosts aren't dead people stuck in a damn house. It's demons portraying to be these said ghost to scare you into not only believing false things but thinking they can't move on and are stuck here which is even more deseption from the demons. Again, another bunch of bs when they believe a medium or a seance will do the trick. I've watched so many of these, and even if a kid says they see grandpa and talks with him. Dont trust that cause that is what they want is trust and letting them completely in. Just so they can hurt and deceive us. Then some of us fall for their evil crap. Can't trust just any priest to cleanse the house either cause a lot of them can be not doing things not all godly and will definitely fuel this evil if they act like some of these false preachers we know are fake. They get caught doing things that blow my mind as a man or woman of God. Also that necromancer they have in the house would have never come into my home either. Fuel, fuel and more fuel.

Yes, because the presence of a negative entity does affect the atmosphere. The air feels heavy and suffocating. Once the entity is removed, the atmosphere changes and it feels lighter. I used to live in a haunted house. At first it was dormant until we made some changes to the house. Ok how do you detect the weight of the atmosphere? In my country lighter is associated with the weight of something in pounds, ounces, grams, kilos etc… how can you feel air getting heavier or lighter. My point is it’s the wrong word. You guys have changed the meaning of a word.

The atmosphere is still described as lighter or heavier, depending on the density, humidity etc. Once you live in a haunted house, you can immediately feel it exactly as most of us decribe the experience to be. But honestly, just count yourself lucky you havent. It's horrible tbh.

I knew as soon as the guy from Peru said the artefact was taken from a grave that it was bad news. These things are used in spells and carry the presence of the entity that was called forth in the ritual. I wouldn’t have touched it with a ten foot barge pole!! I’m relieved they called on a Minister to come and close the portals.

Did Elka pass? I saw her husband and her on a show about animals, and their being affected by hauntings. Elka had a Scandinavian accent, and she told of how they heard “you’re all going to die…”. I don’t see her here, and I know she said she had a cancer diagnosis? I never forgot them or their story-it was A LOT. My best friend has her name (a variation). Wow.

I've actually had strange breathing behind me, shadow people walking during the daytime, scratching sounds from the walls, and electronic toys going off without warning, and indeed batteries. It all started a few years after my many childhood traumas. And the summoning verse for Azazul was tattooed on my upper back as a memento for the things I had seen and experienced.

I also saw a demon with was short with long pointy elbows. I had out of body experience. I saw a vision of a little girl that had drowned in pool. I was like it was me.
