In Sanda, striking when clinching does not count, that's probably why korean looks like wining but he actually did not.
I thought it still counts. Either way Chinese guy was more aggressive

according to me the 1st half of Korea won
It was too close to call, but China was the one that was more engaging or going after the Korean.

本人持有散打裁判執照，依我來看第一回合韓國選手主要得分是那記抱頭摔，雖然漂亮但是在規則上只得兩分。中國選手後來靠鞭腿和側踹得了很多分，加上韓國選手有一次消極進攻的警告，判紅方勝並無不妥
