The plot revolves around a group of female musicians who have been overlooked and undervalued by society.Despite their sincere efforts, none of their musical creations manage to capture the attention of the masses. Alas, even within the group itself, there are feelings of envy that threaten to seperate them apart. One fateful day, they stumble upon a mysterious cassette containing a track called "White," a tune that immediately strikes a chord within each of them. Driven by a sense of newfound hope, they release the same song to the world, and it quickly becomes a sensation, spreading like wildfire across the globe. But what they fail to realize is that this song is cursed, and as a result, they are all slowly but surely being consumed by an unknown and sinister force. One member falls into the debilitating hallucinations, while the others meet their end in bizarre and inexplicable ways. Amidst this madness, only one member, a young woman by the name of Joon, has the courage to dig deep and uncover the truth behind this malevolent melody. She embarks on a perilous journey to end the curse and faces the terrifying events before it's too late. But even she may not be safe from the deadly grasp of that evil spirit. How far will Joon go to uncover the truth behind the curse? Also Who or what is behind this deadly sinister force? Enjoy
I must say, my opinion on "The White" movie, also known as "Melody of Curse/Death," is one of absolute fascination and bewilderment. This enigmatic screenplay takes you on a journey through unexpected twists and turns, leaving you in a state of perplexity and wonderment. The characters are masterfully performed with their own unique personalities and motivations, leading you to question their every move. The theme of the storyline is extremely relevant, delving into the harsh realities and obstacles that women face in the music industry and society as a whole. Moreover, the supernatural elements in this Korean masterpiece add an inexplicable burst of excitement and mystique. Without a doubt, this film is an unforgettable horror-thriller that will keep you entertained until the very end. In my opinion, you must absolutely watch this classic movie. Even though it is an old classic, it remains one of the most intriguing and enthralling Korean horror-thrillers to this day.
