A German soldier enjoying a drive in his captured American jeep... this actually happened quite often in WW2. Thank you for bringing a moment like this to life. Cheers from Ireland! Subscribed ;)
Aside from color, stripping some of the military accessories, changing the wheels and tires, and putting in drivers and passengers, what other mods have you made to it?
Most important- The shocks, which are pretty stiff. Some use different oils, check put videos. I prefer to use proper springs instead of oil. One of the two rubber rings can be skipped too, that brings a fluent and soft move into the axles. My shocks are: XUNJIAJIE 90mm Shock Absorber Set on amazon
@@jonmandelbaum5395 Yes, possibly the same under different brand. They are firered and whole metal. But the stockshocks can do a lot better too. With springs and just one little rubberring each.
Yes sure, Michael. Not only the battery an it's controlplug, all the electronics too. Water can harm the gearboxes, the diffs, motor etc. But I do care for it, in order to make this possible for Sina & Egon.
Yes in every aspect. Axles, RC, gears, and a brushless motor. But htat doesn't protect the bearings. It's a fight against all kinds of problems, but for me worth for the filming.
@garduel I thought so I record as well and when I first started the hobby my first rc died in a puddle two minutes after I read water proof on the box I have the rochobby 1.12 willys jeep and it's capable don't like tall grass too much lol non of them really do but I love mud and water so I marine greased all the parts axels bearings and gears moter only thing I haven't done is take out the esc and after proof that yet

he can drive kubelwagen instead but this is also nice :)
Excellent video. Very nice driving style and lovely camera angles. I rather like the guitar music, it seemed to add another dimension to the video.
Thanks a lot! I'm always glad to hear, that someone is gaining something from my videos.
Your videos are the most aesthetic scale crawling videos on YT.
Thx a lot, that pushes in the right direction!
Nice weathering bro!
Love your videos, the atmosphere created by the shots, the surroundings and music...great stuff. Thx for sharing.

🤩👍💯
Do you seal your battery befor going thru water like that?

Did you haft to waterproof this before you took it in the water
