स्वाति मालीवाल केस में मारपीट के आरोपी बिभव कुमार को 4 दिन की ज्यूडीशियल कस्टडी में भेज दिया गया है. दूसरी ओर स्वाति मालीवाल ने अपने आरोपों को एक बार फिर दोहराया है. स्वाति के आरोपों से दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल भी मुश्किल में नजर आ रहे हैं...स्वाति ने एक न्यूज एजेंसी को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा कि जिस समय सीएम आवास में उनके साथ मारपीट की गई. उस समय अरविंद केजरीवाल भी सीएम आवास में मौजूद थे. स्वाति मालीवाल नार्को टेस्ट का सामना करने के लिए भी तैयार हैं. दूसरी ओर केजरीवाल को चुप्पी तोड़ने में 9 दिन लग गए. वहीं ऐसी भी ख़बरें आ रही हैं कि सीएम आवास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज नहीं मिल रहे हैं. आखिर क्या छिपाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं केजरीवाल, क्योंकि ऐसा तो हो नहीं सकता कि मुख्यमंत्री आवास का सीसीटीवी काम नहीं कर रहा हो.

I don’t think she’s defending Bibhav. AAP is clear on this: The matter is subjudice and it’s the court that will adjudicate on the allegations. Swathi went to police and registered FIR. So, now the party can’t internally resolve this issue anymore. It has to be adjudicated in a court only because she is the one who decided to go the legal route. Now, it’s her right to register a complaint, there can’t be any objection to that. Now, we have to let the legal process play itself out.

The problem is: Medical report doesn’t establish who did it. Here the allegation is just that injuries happened, the allegation is Bibhav beat Maliwal. A medical report alone doesn’t prove it. So, let’s wait for investigation to happen and then the court to examine the evidence and decide on guilt or innocence.
