- On today’s episode I wanted to share my tips for a wonderful Mother’s Day Breakfast.
It is Mother’s Day here in the UK next week. Even if it is not where you are, these recipes are perfect for a sweet and satisfying breakfast.
For the Muffins:
150g muesli mix
50g light brown soft sugar
160g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
250ml almond milk
1 apple , peeled and grated
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp almond butter
4 tbsp demerara sugar
For the Smoothie:
Berries of your choice
2 ripe bananas
300ml apple juice

I adore the fact that there isn't a plastic bowl or a mundane serving dish to be found ANYwhere in your life. Even the ingredients for your recipes are in crystal glasses or china. And such loving touches to everything, whether it's tea for yourself or events with friends and family. Just brilliant. Thanks!
Wow, I hadn't noticed the lack of plastic before. He really does pay attention to the smallest of details. What a fine example to emulate 😍 I'm definitely rethinking a few things in my own space.

Your tribute to your Mum is exquisite. My mother passed away 5 weeks ago, so this will be my first Mother’s Day without her. I celebrate her everyday, but, will honor my love for her this Mother’s Day💓

‘ firsts’ are always so hard. , birthday , Christmas etc sending courage. My mother died 20;years ago at the age I am now. Always a child🤔😕 miss her.....

Although you cannot hear her voice
or see her smile no more, your mother walks beside you still
just as she did before. She listens to your stories and
she wipes away your tears; she wraps her arms around you and she understands your fears.
It's just she isn't visible to see with human eye, but talk to her in silence and her spirit will reply. You'll feel the love she has for you you'll hear her in your heart; she's left her human body but your souls will never part.

Lovely video Nicholas! As a nurse who retired at 28 to raise my family, I truly appreciate how proud you are of your Mother - raising a family and then going to nursing school at age 50. What a wonderful second chapter that she has been able to pursue her dream. I know that she is very proud of you as well. Very lovely family!

Ahh, well done to your mum my friend, we have some things in common. I left school at 16, then at 47 went to university and gained my BA honours degree and my Master's degree. I am now a Lecturer in the criminal justice faculty.

Your Mommy sounds amazing. I just had my daughter, Melody last weekend. The neo natal nurses at the hospital are absolute angels on Earth who work tirelessly to care for babies, so often saving lives. My mother was always such a pivotal part of my life with her love and attention and wonderfully spirited knowledge from her life's experiences. ...Thank you for creating this video which I am just now watching after Mother's Day. I still prepare little meals to symbolically honor my family whom have all gone into Eternity, even my only brother. Love never perishes. ...My best to you and your family. I had to double check, because I know this is his youtube "persona" and Fairford might be a pseudonym, which is cool. A model management page says he is 26. Still a bit older than I thought, but more believable, since Nicholas has a strong gen Z vibe. I still trust my eyes more than what I find on internet.
