This bus is amazing. First time I am seeing the bus with the toilet facility.
Actually it was needed for the aged people.
Though all buses give breaks for toilets, but in midnight some people suffer from emergency so it becomes very difficult to go and convince the driver to stop the bus.
Now there is a big wow for this bus.
Actually toilet is the main reason for some people who don't want to travel in buses.

They are FRAUD(Intrcity Smart Bus Service).
I book a ticket in their sleeper bus, booking was confirmed and bus departure was @ 11 PM.
They filled the bus with some other people who has given extra money for booking and send the bus on time @11 PM and told me that you will be sent by some other which is @11:55 PM. When time reached to 11:45 PM they told that bus having some technical issue it will take 1/2 hr more, I know that technical issue may possible with any bus any time, but my concern was that why I was not sent by the in which I had booking, and they do not had any response. After that I found that there were many passenger who were facing same issue, even they changed their bus 3 times and passenger were waiting.
Finally all waiting passenger called the police and logged the complain.
Police told them to arrange some other bus. They called other bus which condition was not good, and I got a recliner seat instead of sleeper seat(which was I booked actually). Somehow I reached to my destination but late and missed my office.
So, finally I would suggest the reader please take this review seriously and do not book any ticket in their bus. They are not running bus service they are running scam for their own purposes.
I want to give ZERO-star rating, but it's not possible.

I am right now travelling in Intr city bus & this bus is not at all looking like as you have shown it. Moreover I booked for 10pm bus but they said 10pm bus was cancelled due to technical problems. And I was given chance to travel in 6pm bus. They informed about cancellation & about 6pm bus on the same day at 2:30pm. So you can imagine how I had to rush to get my work done by 5pm. The wifi they gave in the bus was only for 300mb data. I finished 300mb in 45mins of travel. The bus is shaky in travelling & driver is taking small road routes to save fuel but still the road condition is bad. The BIGGEST problem, The Toilet. They said that the toilet is currently broken & nobody can use it. Now my 10pm bus was cancelled but I booked a side berth seat because I didn't want to travel in double berth because COVID fear & now in the 6pm they told me that side berth were already taken & they said that they cannot provide me side berth & I had to travel in double berth with co-passenger. I was fearful but there was no other way so I am travelling in it & writing this comment. So I guess you must have understood my frustrations by now. It is reallyyyy bad☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡☹️☹️☹️☹️

I have travelled in this kinda bus from delhi to haldwani (nainital)...it had toilet in the bus too...this kind of buses are available in India as well...its just people prefer to choose govt transportation service instead of private ones...as they are considered to be safe and economic.

@@jayapathak814 I don't have stats to answer that. But I do try think Indian women are more daring now. They donot hesitate to follow their passion of traveling even if they have to travel alone. But it is surely not a normal scenario. Usually, girls travel alone only if they need to. For long distances, usually trains are considered better option. Eventhough, there is an availability of toilets in these buses, they are still uncomfortable as compared to trains when it comes to long distance travel. I hope this answers your question.
@@jayapathak814 I personally will not prefer it for long trip. They are very small cabin and it can be suffocating to stay in such small cabins for long time. These buses are private. I believe in safety first, therefore personally prefer to travel state authorized buses govt. buses only. Overall, this was one time thing and my overall experience was good. I believe this bus was from redbus company. You can check out their site and what facilities they provide to the people.

we travelled from Hyderabad to Tirupati. The ac was not functioning from starting point and there was no timeline by when it can be repaired. Luckily mechanic came and rectified and bus started around 10pm. original departure time 6.30pm. if bus has some problem from starting point they should have made alternative bus. what would have happened if bus break down in middle of journey. the people at the stop has no clue how to handle the problem and make alternative arrangements

I think before 10 years we use to recharge our simcard with 300 for using 3gb data...at that time there was no wifi...and toilets were also not modified in buses...bcz the road conditions were not so good to run these type of buses...brother...for him its a new experience , so he shared it happily and you know one thing , "kuch galat hota hai to koi nahi ata..but kuch acha hota hai to dunia bich me ati hai demotivate krne" . And that suits to you

Condition of this private bus operator right now I in that bus delhi to lucknow 11.35 pm after 70 km back tyre bursted into after inspection it was clear there was no pre journey tyre inspection. 2 hrs lost then they used stepny tyre but they forget to check air pressure but not forget to have free meal at dhaba so again tyre issue mechanic told due to low air pressure wires inside tyre broken down 3 hour lost. Customer care no support bus captain run away just during 2 tyre issue leaving pessenger to deal by there own in the middle of road mid night how safe it was. Last is nearby lucknow stopped on hotel so pessenger get fresh and while moving they left 1 pessenger behind again 30 min lost. Bus captain was no where in last 2 issue he aleardy run away bus staff cinductor behavior was so rude like dictator. Ticket price delhi to lucknow was 1700 rs almost double of train ac but was they serve seem we are in Mars
