ظم شهری در نقاط مرکزی شهر فراهم گردیده است
بر اثر سعی و تلاش مسئولان ناحیهٔ دوم در ساحات مزدحمِ پُل باغ عمومی مسجد پُل خشتی، جادهٔ نادر پشتون و ساحات همجوار آن نظم بهتر شهری فراهم شده است.
مولوی فضل‌کریم حق پرست، رئیس ناحیهٔ دوم اظهارداشت که دست‌فروشان و کراچی‌های سیار که باعث مسدود شدن راه‌های عام گردیده بودند، پاک‌سازی و در ساحات بدیل منتقل و تنظیم شدند. اکنون برای سهولت عبورومرور شهروندان، نظم نقاط مزدحم شهر از سوی مسئولان این ناحیه به‌صورت منظم تعقیب و دنبال می‌شود.
وی از دُکان‌داران و فعالیت کنندگان دست‌فروش تقاضا کرد که با فعالیت‌شان باعث بی‌نظمی و انسداد مسیر پیاده‌روها و سرک‌ها نشوند.
رئیس ناحیهٔ دوم، برای یافتن نظم کلی نقاط مرکزی شهر اطمینان داده گفت: «با برنامه‌های سنجیده شده فعالیت سایر دست‌فروشان در ساحات بدیل تنظیم می‌گردد و به بی‌نظمی‌ها و خودسری‌های شهری درساحات مذکور، نقطهٔ پایان گذاشته خواهد شد.
Urban planning has been provided in the central parts of the city
As a result of the efforts of the officials of the second district, a better urban order has been provided in the congested areas of Pol Bagh Public Park, Pol Khashti Mosque, Nader Pashtun Road and the adjacent areas.
Maulvi Fazal Karim Haqparast, the head of the second district, stated that the peddlers and mobile hawkers that blocked public roads were cleared and moved to alternative areas. Now, in order to facilitate the movement of citizens, the order of the crowded areas of the city is regularly pursued and followed by the officials of this district.
He asked the shopkeepers and peddlers not to cause disorder and block the sidewalks and roads with their activities.
The head of the second district assured to find the general order in the central parts of the city and said: "With the calculated plans, the activities of other peddlers will be regulated in the alternative areas, and an end will be put to the irregularities and arbitrariness of the city in the mentioned areas."
