    The technical changes he and his coaches made over the years have been stunning. His snatch now is in my opinion, the sharpest and most textbook form i have ever seen.

    I might just be a correlation, but correcting his major imbalance from 2012 to 2014-2015 really seems to make a difference in the ease and efficiency he seems to have in his snatches. Great work from the coach ans Zhiyoung for this long process that they probably went through for years to make this correction.

    Such a huge inspiration! I wonder if he find it easier with heavier weight class or not? Looks like it's only a lean mass gain too over the years!

      Yes, he said it in an interview that moving up from 69kg to 73kg was perfect for him

    His consistency after the weight class change is honestly night and day. Intense cutting really isn't all that nice for athletes.
