Long ago, humanity discovered The Void, an extra dimensional realm. Studying the Void advanced science quickly. The Orokin Empire terraformed the Origin System, but after centuries of expansion, resources became scarce.
So the Orokin sent self-replicating machines to terraform the Tau System. The first colonists boarded the ship Zariman 10-0, headed to the new system, but the void-jump failed. Presumed lost, the ship returned years later. Unfortunately, only the children survived, plagued by explosive new powers. Thankfully, Orokin scientist Margulis created Somatic Pods to grant them control and pleasant dreams.
Meanwhile, the self-replicating machines returned as The Sentients, seeking revenge on their creators. The Orokin were outmatched, so they weaponized the children, now called the Tenno. Forced into Transference, the Tenno projected into surrogate biomechanical armor called Warframes, drove back the Sentients and ended the Old War.
But the history of the Tenno has faded, the Collapse of the Orokin Empire is an ancient mystery. Centuries later, new factions fight for Orokin technology. The Grineer, descended from Orokin clones, augment their deteriorating bodies to conquer the colonies. The Corpus, profit-mad scavengers hunt for better technology. And the Infested mutate their enemies with invasive Technocytes.
You are one of the Tenno. Awakening in a pod, you're surrounded by Grineer soldiers hoping to dissect you. Good thing you're gun-toting, sword-swinging biomechanical death machine.

your so right dave the quest does a lot more to explain what that meant, but I'm glad you don't understand yet. That, and the Umbra quest (the most recent) are two of the most important lore quests, and spoiling them for yourself would be regretful.

This was pretty good, but it's missing an important piece of lore to fully understand the influence of The Void.
You see, when the Tenno returned from the failed jump, all the Orokin had to do to figure out their warped state of mind was look at them, they come to this place when they know they are not pure. Tenno use the keys, but they are mere trespassers. Only I, Vor, know the true power of the Void. I was cut in half, destroyed, but through its Janus Key, the Void called to me. It brought me here and here I was reborn. We cannot blame these creatures, they are being led by a false prophet, an impostor who knows not the secrets of the Void. Behold the Tenno, come to scavenge and desecrate this sacred realm. My brothers, did I not tell of this day? Did I not prophesize this moment? Now, I will stop them. Now I am changed, reborn through the energy of the Janus Key. Forever bound to the Void. Let it be known, if the Tenno want true salvation, they will lay down their arms, and wait for the baptism of my Janus key. It is time. I will teach these trespassers the redemptive power of my Janus key. They will learn its simple truth. The Tenno are lost, and they will resist. But I, Vor, will cleanse this place of their impurity.

The timeline is a bit wrong here. The Zariman 10-0 incident happened before Sentients were even a thing. Read the Detron Crewman Synthesis entry, it shows the origin of the Sentients. Also, the Tenno fought and destroyed the weakened Orokin Empire after the war with the Sentients because the Lotus told them to.
Also, you spoiled the Second Dream for new players and this doesn't offer anything new to older players. Just... Why?

If I remember correctly, the zariman was sent to the tau system after the sentients started colonizing it, to see if it is habitable and check on the sentients' progress.
But maybe I'm wrong and the zariman was one of the colonization attempts before the sentients fixed that problem

I believe they sent the Sentients there after the incident to prevent any living casualties
I thought about it, and the zariman was definitely sent after the sentients were a thing.
Think about it, for a colonization to take place, we need thousands of years, so the sentients were created at least 1000 years before the old war. When the zariman was discovered, there were still children aboard, so it was lost for only a few years(didn't they say that at one point?), since they were still children during the old war, and since they weren't put in cryo-stasis before the old war, that means that the zariman accident happened a few years before the old war.
Of course, time is different in the void, but even with that, the zariman wasn't lost for too long.

the children part is meant to be a surprise to the player as for your character ...
should have just skipped that part and replaced it with why they used warframes instead of their technology ...

You should probably put a COLOSSAL spoiler tag on this one, more than most videos. The reveal of the origin of the Tenno is a GIGANTIC part of the biggest moment in the game. Just putting this out there is doing a lot of people a disservice.

EDIT : to clarify, not spoiling the Second Dream quest is a big unwritten rule in the community. I know of player who don't use some game mechanics or try to use it discretely when they are in a party with a low Mastery Rank player. Yeah, It's THAT important.

Sacrifice quest was one of my favorites in the entire game I’d be very upset if he spoiled it for new players
One of the greatest parts of the Warframe Community that I have experienced over the past 3 years is that nobody, and I mean nobody, spoils the Second Dream.
It is probably the most important reveal in the entire game, and is truly a special moment, and you’ve just completely spoiled it for anyone that may happen across this game.
This is literally THE biggest spoiler for the game, that everyone knows the importance of. Don’t ruin it for new players like this
Emperor Leachicus the games been out for years and it says lore In a minute. Don’t click the video if you don’t want a chance at spoiling something you didn’t know. And everyone spoils the second dream, every time someone exits there warframe in front of a new player.
Ron Bernik A large number of people make a constant effort to not exit their Warframes on low level missions, so as to not spoil it for new players, I even know people who will cover up for it if accidentally doing it and being asked about it by either saying it must have been a bug, or denying anything happened.
And, you know, for a lot of people, this could be their first introduction to Warframe. You can talk a lot about the lore of a story, especially Warframe, without spoiling the most important twist and most loved quest in the game.
You can talk about the lore of Bioshock Infinite without saying anything about the identity of Booker. You can talk about the lore of the Lord of the Rings without spoiling the ending of Shadow of War.
Lore, especially in a case like this, should establish a world, and give a brief history giving context for someone who is new and does not the story of the game yet. It should not spoil what is held by most players as their favourite moment without any warning whatsoever.
Emperor Leachicus it may take a whole 5 seconds of watching region chat to see it mentioned, it’s a constant topic of debate, and idk where you play but I constantly see people out of their frames on low level missions because they can kill low lvl enemies. I think your giving the community too much credit, the operator is not a big secret anymore, and the reason it was such a big reveal to us vets is because till that point we never really knew what the operator was. But I digress, he could put (spoilers) on the title.

The were many ways to tell the lore without spoiling anything. "In the Origin System Comander Vorr is loking for the Tenno a Ancient Race of Space Ninjas, when he found you you hear the Voice of the Lotus etc...." "You are Tenno vs the Grenir, the The Stalker, The Corpus, the infested and the looming threat of the Sentient" It wasnt that hard.

One thing you forgot was that the Tenno figured out a way to permanently kill the body-swapping, cloning Orokin, which likely led to the overall collapse of the Orokin Empire.

Everyone's talking about how talking about Operators and the Second Dream is a huge spoiler, and they'd be right. About 2-3 years ago. We've come so far since then that DE actively talks about Operators whenever they want, and it's a widely known lore point. It's not that bad you guys, chill.

How is the fall of the Orokin a "mystery"? We know what caused it. The old war weakened them and the threat of the infestation kept them from expanding back to former power, then the Grineer uprising took half their work force, they abused and mistreated the corpus, then the tenno turned on them and slaughtered their leaders, etc. It's not much of a mystery as to what happened.
A great video, but so full of spoilers that only players that finished the second dream can enjoy it...

i only recently started playing the game and i can tell you that the story is all over the place, the game is beautifull, mechanics are ok, but im always at a loss as to where to go

Actually the Tenno weren't sent to the Tau system, they were just sent into the void, as were many other ships. It just so happens that this one had children on it, who just so happened to be able to "survive" the void due to them being underdeveloped. Sending ships into the void was just experimentation. The Sentient colonization of the Tau system was completely unrelated, though the technology needed to do it was gleamed from the aforementioned experiments.
actually they were sent, but never reach it, the zariman was a colony ship; one tenno mentioned he probably knew everything there was to know about Tau ;and the void is kind of the hyper space of the warframe universe, is the form to bend space to travel faster than light, they had an accident while doing so and came back. Hence it was deemed too dangerous and the sentients were created, thus they self evolved during the harsh travel to the Tau system.

People forgetting that the children part have been shown off as far back as the Lunaro trailer in 2016. Even a Sacrifice trailer had one sitting through almost the entire video.

They are not fully organic, are you silly? Have you SEEN the things used in their construction? And the fact that their health type is "ferrite armour", which is a decidedly non-organic material?

Did nobody pay attention to the Sacrifice quest? HUMAN test subjects were given the mutagen culture which made them grow a biological metal shell, within the frame itself there are no machine components other wise the Sentients would've absorbed it. That's why the Tenno were such a key element, they were the MIND to the raging BODY.
again the ones we create are copys created for mass production only the umbra frames are organic and so far we only of 1 umbra frame
Not only is a "spoiler alert" needed, you seem to have missed some information from The War Within. Also, some information in The Sacrifice kind of changes some of the perspectives.

After 4 years, I've finally began to understand the lore.
What you said in the video was right (as far as we know at this moment in time) though much of Warframe's lore is still not known. Such as how the Orokin (probably) died. From what we know we can say the Tennno played a major role in the downfall of the empire and maybe even killed the Orokin. I'm guessing we will find out more in the next story quest.
Cosmic Live we already know that the Lotus commanded the Tenno to slaughter the Orokin, which resulted in their extinction. It was her first variation from her sequences as Natah, and what led her to become the Lotus.

Just for a bit of a rewrite that would significantly mitigate spoilers:

Not that I don't mind seeing a LORE video made about one of my favourite games, but I agree that a lot of stuff you've gone over does ruin the mystery the game has that's better experienced when played firsthand.
